This is one of those books that I tell anyone and everyone to read! This really does have one of the best plot twists I have ever read! If you are a psychologist then this book will absolutely be up your street, as it is about a girl whose father involved her in an experiment during her childhood which massively impacted her life. I did find this book really upsetting at the end, but I won’t say anything more because I don’t want to ruin it. Even if you are not interested in psychology, I still recommend this book!
How dyslexia-friendly is this book?
I found it pretty easy to follow, I got on well with the writing style. During the first half I was a bit confused at times as I felt like I was missing something- until the plot twist which explains everything! I think the author intended the reader to feel curious and unsure about what was going on as a very important bit of information is left out until the twist!
